About the Borough Council
Adamstown Borough is governed by a Mayor and Borough Council who are elected by the people of the Borough. The Mayor and Borough Council, acting together, are the governing body. All governing body members serve four-year terms. The governing body, being the elected representative of the people, adopts all ordinances and resolutions and determines the general goals and policies. Borough Council meets the first Tuesday of every month at 7:00PM at the Adamstown Borough Municipal Building conference room, 3000 N. Reading Road, Adamstown
